Support

How can we help?

Call us or write to us in the chat — around the clock, in several languages. If you would rather look it up yourself, the most common questions are below.

alert

A fault at a charging bay?

The service number is shown right on every charger. Drivers: please use this number — that way we assign the fault to the right location immediately.

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions per topic are shown directly as tiles; open more as needed.

At the charge point

[IMAGE] Driver checks the plug at the charger, service number on the display

Charging won't start

Check the plug, then call the service number shown on the charger. We switch remotely where possible.

In the app you can see real-time availability and the nearest hub.

More questions

The charging power is lower than expected

Power depends on the vehicle, state of charge and temperature — with a cold or nearly full battery the truck charges more slowly. If it stays too low, report it to support.

Shower, restrooms, food, Wi-Fi

You'll find the amenities by location on the location detail page and in the app.

How do I report damage or an accident?

Call the number on the charger. In case of an accident, secure the spot and stay nearby until we get in touch.

Charging, auto-charge & cards

[IMAGE] Close-up: plug in the e-truck, charging starts without a card

How does charging without a card of your own work?

With a contract the charger recognises vehicle and company — reservation and billing run through your fleet, not through you personally.

[IMAGE] E-truck pulls into the bay, charger recognises the vehicle automatically

What is auto-charge — and when is it available?

With a contract the charger recognises your truck when you plug in and starts automatically. We are rolling this out step by step; until then you charge with your company's charging card or ad hoc.

[IMAGE] Charging card at the charger's card reader

Can I charge with my existing charging card?

Yes, common charging cards and apps are supported at the card reader (roaming). Your provider sets those tariffs, not us.

More questions

Can I simply charge ad hoc by card?

Yes. Every charger has a terminal for bank or credit card — no contract and no sign-up.

Install the app

Available for iOS and Android.

Access for new drivers

Your fleet manager grants you access — after that, everything is in the app.

Do I need an app to charge?

No. With a contract the charger recognises the vehicle, and ad hoc you pay at the terminal. The app helps you find and reserve, but is not required.

Reservation & access

[IMAGE] App view: reserving a time slot for a bay

Do I have to reserve in advance?

No. Turning up unannounced works at every hub. Companies with a contract can additionally reserve time slots — via the app or the fleet portal, not through this website.

[IMAGE] Two bays: one marked reserved, one free for drop-ins

Are reservations mandatory?

No. Spontaneous charging always stays possible; a reservation merely secures a time slot in addition.

[IMAGE] Calendar view with recurring reservations

How far in advance can I reserve?

Depending on the contract, up to several months ahead, also recurring for regular routes — via the app or the fleet portal.

More questions

What happens if I'm delayed or stuck in traffic?

You adjust your time slot in the app and charge later. Reserved arrivals are given priority.

Can I choose a specific plug (CCS/MCS, left/right)?

When reserving you state your preference; we assign you a suitable bay before you arrive.

How do I get onto the site?

Access is arranged per location; the details are on each location page and in the app.

Does reserving cost extra?

Not at first. Should fees be added later, we show them transparently and in line with the industry.

Prices & billing

[IMAGE] Price shown on the charger and in the app

What does charging cost?

The ad hoc price is shown on the charger, in the app and on the location page. With a contract through your company, the agreed price per kilowatt hour applies.

[IMAGE] Terminal at the charger with a bank/credit card

How can I pay?

Bank or credit card at the terminal, your company's charging card, or automatically through the contract — then the charger recognises the vehicle.

More questions

Do I get a monthly invoice?

Yes, with a contract or your company's charging card — as a bundled monthly statement. When paying by card you get a receipt per session.

Where do I find receipt and invoice?

Ad hoc sessions are receipted right after the session. Contract customers find charging history and the monthly invoice in the fleet portal.

Why is an amount reserved at the start?

When paying by card the bank reserves an amount up front. Afterwards the energy actually charged is billed; the remainder is released again.

At the hub: etiquette & overnight stays

[IMAGE] E-truck overnight at the lit hub

May I stay at the charge point overnight?

Yes. Charging time and rest time belong together — that is what the hubs are built for. Where spaces are tight, we say so.

[IMAGE] Driver pulls out of the bay, the next one waits

Should I move on once the truck is full?

Once your break is over and the state of charge is sufficient: yes. That frees the bay for the next driver.

[IMAGE] Note: bays for e-trucks only, no cars

Can cars charge here too?

No. Our bays are designed for e-trucks — layout, power and access are built for them.

For fleets & operations

[IMAGE] Fleet portal: assign vehicles, plates, drivers

How do I assign drivers and number plates?

In the fleet portal you manage vehicles, plates and drivers and assign them to charging sessions.

[IMAGE] Operations monitoring with defined response times

Operational fault / SLA

As a contract customer you reach operations support via your registered channel — with defined response times.

More questions

Reporting & cost centers

Monthly reporting and cost-center allocation are in your account.

Can this connect to our TMS/ERP?

Yes. Documented interfaces feed charging and cost data into TMS, ERP and reporting — no island system.

Responsibility: vehicle vs. charging infrastructure

A clear split: vehicle = your workshop, charging infrastructure = ElectroFleet. Details in the fault process.

For land partners

[IMAGE] Aerial view of a plot with assessment markings

How does the site assessment work?

After you submit, we check location, grid connection and permitting, then come back to you with a first assessment.

[IMAGE] Sample lease on the table

Questions about the lease

Removal, liability and term are set out in the sample lease — viewable at any time.

More questions

Fixed lease or revenue share?

Both are possible — a fixed lease, revenue share or a combination. Selling the land is an option too.

Construction progress at my site

Your dedicated contact keeps you informed directly.

How long does it take from submission to contract?

After you submit, a first assessment follows promptly; the check, planning and contract depend on the site and permitting.

Planned maintenance & faults

[IMAGE] Location page with a maintenance notice

Is anything restricted at my location?

We announce planned maintenance and known restrictions in advance — in the app, on the location page, and for contract customers through the agreed channel.

[IMAGE] Closed bay, support is being informed

A bay is out of order — what now?

Report it via hotline or chat. We reset remotely where possible, and otherwise mark the bay as closed.
