Guide value: from around 2,000 m², no more than about 20 km from a motorway or logistics axis, with a viable grid connection and ideally PV nearby. We assess every plot individually.
Possibly — but lease income plus a site value uplift plus additional footfall usually add up to the more attractive overall value in a corridor location. We'll work that through transparently with you.
